How We Got StartedMichal Moyal is Stott Pilates Certified instructor in all Pilates equipment, including Pilates Reformer, Cadillac, Stability Chair, and Barrels and has a higher specialty in post rehab conditioning. Michal believes Pilates is a lifelong learning and continues to constantly add to her knowledge from different modalities in Pilates, Anatomy, and other exercise modalities. In addition, Michal is a Merrithew Fascial Instructor with in depth knowledge of fascia slings and movements to alleviate any fascial restrictions in our movement. Using the analytical skills earned as a previous corporate attorney Michal will provide you with an in depth analysis of your the posture, quality of movement and stabilization as well as your lifestyle and habits and how to change those to achieve your goals. Michal believes Pilates is not just an exercise method it’s a way of life and can help you reform and evolve to achieve your lifestyle and reach your highest goals.

Athletic conditioning and Flexibility:
Whether you are just looking to strengthen and lengthen the body, or you are an elite athlete working to enhance your athletic performance in your specific sport and prevent injury, we will assess the strength, flexibility and stability of your body, and create a program that will improve your performance to achieve your individual goals according to your athletic level.
Michal completed multiple continued education to provide a wide variety of exercises for strength and flexibility training to enhance athletic performance and for injury prevention. Experience working with all athletic levels as well as elite athletes.
Post Rehab conditioning
At Mind2core Pilates we have the experience to work with any preexisting injuries or limitations and not only apply the correct modification but also teach you the right movements and exercises to improve the condition, to the extent possible, and to prevent repeated injury. We will work to correct posture looking at the body as a whole system with all the joints working with the best biomechanics and form.
Fascial Movement Training
Our Fascia Movement Instructor, Michal Moyal, has the knowledge of the anatomy of fascial slings in the body, which are the lines of connective tissue that act as force distribution throughout the body in our movement. Michal will work to release fascial restrictions in the body to allow the body to move better, release muscle tightness and correct imbalances which will achieve better performance, increase range of motion in joints and allow the body to strengthen in good form.
Posture correction
Posture is the position of the body or how you carry your body in different functional positions such as standing or sitting. The way Mind2Core focuses on posture is analyzing how the bony structures of your body are held by the muscles and fascia in different positions and how they relate to each other while viewing the body as a dynamic system and not as combination of isolated joints.
Pre and post natal training
At the prenatal stage, we will apply the necessary modifications as the pregnancy progresses to keep mom and baby healthy and strong. At the Postnatal stage, Pilates training can begin as early as six weeks after the birth of the baby. We will work to improve core control and stability including with any conditions created by the pregnancy or child birth, such as diastisis recti.
Active aging
Experience working with clients at all levels for healthier and active aging. The Pilates equipment enables to work safely and with the right resistance and support for the joints at all ages. Michal has the knowledge and experience to apply the right modifications needed to train the body with conditions such as osteoporosis.
