Mind2Core Pilates
Our mission is to help our clients achieve their athletic goals as well as impact their lifestyle and general well being through enhancing their mind-body connection.
What is Pilates?
Pilates is a system of exercises developed originally by Joseph H. Pilates in the 1920’s to target the deep stabilizing “posture” muscles of the body to create strength and stability to enable the body to move in an biomechanical efficient form.
In the words of Joseph H. Pilates “every movement needs to look pretty”. When the body moves with efficiency any movement or position will look good on any body type.
How Does Pilates Work?
Pilates works the core muscles throughout the workout with each and every exercise. It also tones, strengthens and lengthens muscles creating long and lean muscles that both have strength and flexibility. Pilates can be used to compliment any other sport and is suitable for all ages and all body types and athletic abilities.
What We Do Best

Fascial Movement Training
Our Fascia Movement Instructor, Michal Moyal, has the knowledge of the anatomy of fascial slings in the body, which are the lines of connective tissue that act as force distribution throughout the body in our movement.
Pre and post natal training
At the prenatal stage, we will apply the necessary modifications as the pregnancy progresses to keep mom and baby healthy and strong. At the Postnatal stage, Pilates training can begin as early as six weeks after the birth of the baby.
Posture correction
Posture is the position of the body or how you carry your body in different functional positions such as standing or sitting. The way Mind2Core focuses on posture is analyzing how the bony structures of your body are held by the muscles and fascia in different positions.
Active aging
Experience working with clients at all levels for healthier and active aging. The Pilates equipment enables to work safely and with the right resistance and support for the joints at all ages.
